Following this, we schedule a site visit to assess the current condition of the space and gather necessary details. For straightforward projects, we typically deliver a detailed estimate within 5–7 business days. For more complex projects, additional time may be needed.

Every project begins with meticulous site protection and preparation. This includes using protective coverings for floors, furniture, and fixtures, as well as sealing off work areas to minimize dust and disruption. We understand that we’re not just working on a job site—we’re working in someone’s home, and we treat it with the utmost care and respect throughout the renovation process.

We do work on both commercial and residential projects.

Our scheduling availability varies based on the scope and type of services your project requires. Typically, our calendar books up a few months in advance, so we encourage clients to contact us as early as possible to reserve their desired start date. Early scheduling enables us to plan effectively, allocate resources, and ensure a seamless, timely experience for your project.

Any changes to the original scope of work will affect both the timeline and the cost outlined in the initial estimate. For minor adjustments, we can typically accommodate them with an additional cost, which will be discussed and agreed upon. Our surface preparation process is meticulous, ensuring a smooth, durable finish that lasts. We begin by thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove dirt, dust, and grease. Any imperfections, such as holes or cracks, are carefully patched, then sanded to create a flawless, even surface. We always apply a coat of high-quality primer to enhance paint adhesion, particularly on new or repaired walls. All surrounding surfaces, including trim and fixtures, are properly taped or covered to prevent any paint splatters.

At the end of each renovation project, we ensure the site is cleaned and ready for use. This includes the removal and proper disposal of all materials, debris, and construction waste.
